In the last 7 days, I’ve worked out 6 times 🤯.
Like woah, this is huge for me. Now I haven’t been perfect in those 7 days. I’ve had a few moments of weakness. However the old me would have thrown in the whole towel and not look back. But not this time. I was determined to be different. I kept going despite the fact I had two burgers last week, but who’s counting? 👀
I remembered this quote “if you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done” from Autumn Calabrese in the 21 Day Fix workout. She’s so right. If I want to hit my goals (AKA have a flat tummy which I’ve never really had 😂) I have to be willing to do things I’ve never done before. i.e. workout 6 times in a week lol.
Why is it that we keep doing the same things, expecting a different result? We are creatures of habit and it’s easy to do what we’ve always done. But if we want something bad enough, stop doing the same old things. The smallest tweak could be the biggest difference.
What’s one thing you can do today that’s different than what you normally do, to get you to your goal?
